I'm in and like what I've seen so far.
I've looked at the new OM site and the old cliché "it looks like a penis but smaller" came to mind. OK, not litterally, but the OM forum is small, slow and generally inadequate. The rules and guidelines make me feel like a six year old who has a mother telling him to wear sensible shoes.

I never posted that much onTiU but did check it almost daily for the news, etc. Feel that the OM (or their parent company most likely) have scored a cracking own goal on this one.
They have blatantly just been told to increase the impressions on the adverts, which could have been handled much better. Getting everyone to re-register is the complete downfall of the lot - can't be bothered as nobody is on there and there are no posts - plus the pages take ages to load up due to the video advert on the right hand side. Poor from a user point of view, but wonder if they will increase the ad impressions anyway with just a few posters and therefore think they have made the right decision from a business point of view. All in all very disappointing as TiU brightened my days! Hopefully this can get a similar level of user-ship.

They're called avatars. Go to the home page and click on the "Yellows info". There you will see a post explaining how to do it. Plus more very useful info.  |
